SCROLL

Maximize Your Full Potential.

Guiding athletes of all skill types

Mission

To create rewarding relationships in sports performance and fitness and offer motivating experiences with an inspiring atmosphere and positive reinforcement.

ASD is designed to serve all levels of fitness. From the professional athlete who wants quality off-season conditioning to the parent or business professional that wants to look and feel better to accelerate their game.

ASD focuses our training on developing the athlete's fast-twitch muscles to create more force and thus a more powerful athlete. We train the body in functional movements before applying outside force, decreasing the potential for weakness or imbalance that runs the risk of leading to injury down the road.

"I joined ASD two years ago and workout a minimum of three times per week. I began to feel and sleep better within the first month and saw more  definition of muscles within three months. The rotation of weights, cardio and balance exercises is a variation that prevents boredom and challenges me each visit to increase my fitness level."
